about this project

2122 is the remodel of an old Victorian style duplex into a modern sleek duplex. The original structure caught fire back in 2021, and the client reached out to us in  2024 in hopes of saving the structure instead of demolishing it. Today, it is currently under construction, waiting to be a testament to the neighborhood it resides in.

The goal was to take a modern approach, while also utilizing a material palette that didn't make the structure feel disconnected from the rest of the neighborhood.
